Tricia Liggett, BS

Tricia Liggett is a clinical intern at the New Prague and Northfield offices. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Saint Thomas. Tricia looks forward to working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families while at the Secure Base Counseling Center.

She practices a person centered, strengths based approach focusing on the development of a good therapeutic relationship. Tricia has experience working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss. Tricia is committed to assisting clients in finding resolutions using a compassionate approach to therapy sessions, while empowering clients to recognize their strengths to work toward their goals and dreams in life.

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, & family including her adult and adolescent children. She loves to travel, read, and take care of a diverse collection of pets.
