Billing, Insurance, & Payment

Payments

Insurance, cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

You will be expected to pay for each session at the time it is held unless you have insurance coverage that requires another arrangement.

Coverage will depend on provider, services received, and insurance plan specifics. We will provide you with whatever assistance is required in helping you receive the benefits to which you are entitled; however, you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full payment of fees.

Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your first appointment and notify us of any changes to your insurance coverage in the future.

Clients receive monthly statements in the mail with their outstanding balance. Clients can make payments as follows:

  • In Person: You may pay via check, cash, or credit card at the front desk prior to your appointment.

  • By Telephone: Our support staff is available to take credit card payments over the phone M-F between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • By Mail: You may send cash and check payments to our Northfield Office. Please address checks to Secure Base Counseling Center, LLC, 570 Professional Drive, Northfield, MN 55057.

We also accept private pay/out-of-pocket payments and payment from Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSA’s).
