Tiffany Prikl

Tiffany has been working in the mental health field for over six years. Throughout her education and training, she has had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and ages, ranging from 10 to 65+. Tiffany has experience working with individuals who have a variety of diagnoses, including Personality Disorders, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. She has worked in many different settings, including in-home services (ARMHS, CTSS), day treatment, home health care, the prison system, and outpatient settings.

As of January 2025, Tiffany completed all the requirements and received her license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) from the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. During her time working with clients, Tiffany has discovered many techniques and coping strategies to effectively treat and manage a variety of diagnoses. She has developed her own unique approach that incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, exploring the mind/body connection, and integrating nutrition and movement. Tiffany is passionate about helping clients find ways to live as their authentic selves.

Tiffany’s passion for mental health stems from her own struggles with mental health. She has had both positive and challenging experiences with therapy, learning many things about herself, her emotions, behaviors, and where some of her dysfunction began. Tiffany believes that whether life is going great, just okay, or in crisis, it is possible to find joy and build a life worth living. She encourages clients to embrace the idea that life doesn’t have to be ordinary, it can be extraordinary!
