Elizabeth Redman
Families are full of stories. Some are inherited, some are newly unfolding, and some are still waiting to be written. As a Marriage and Family Therapist student intern, Elizabeth hopes to help individuals and families explore the stories that shape their lives, identities, and relationships and re-write the stories that no longer serve them. She believes problems are not who you are, they’re experiences you’ve had. Collaboratively with clients, she will work to uncover your strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and create new meanings.
Elizabeth brings a wealth of lived experience to her work. She is a mother of three and a partner in marriage for over 20 years. Her life has revolved around her family and has been filled with both challenges and joy. That journey has deeply influenced her desire to support others as they navigate the complexities of their own lives
Whether you’re a child learning to express big emotions, a parent navigating family transitions, or someone feeling stuck in a story that feels too small or too painful, Elizabeth offers a space where healing and reimagining are possible, while being playful, respectful, and collaborative. Whether it’s through storytelling, creative play, or open conversation, Elizabeth wants to meet clients where they are and honor each person’s voice, no matter their age.
