Alexa is interested in working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem issues, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. She enjoys supporting clients as they explore relational patterns, emotional needs, and boundaries while building self-awareness, self-compassion, and healthier connections.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy, helping clients better understand and support their emotions, while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to encourage meaningful change. Alexa often views concerns through an attachment-based lens when exploring relational dynamics and emotional connection, and works from a strengths-based perspective that emphasizes growth and resilience

Outside of the therapy room, Alexa enjoys reading, video games, and trying out new restaurants. She also has a three-year old cat she adores.
