Alyssa Anfinson, MSW, LGSW

Alyssa Anfinson, MSW, LGSW graduated from Winona State University’s Master of Social Work program with a concentration in trauma-informed clinical practice in 2022. 

Alyssa welcomes individual clients of all ages and backgrounds, but particularly enjoys working with children and adolescents. Her approach to therapy is person-centered and strengths-based and she uses a variety of therapeutic interventions, including, but not limited to, play therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, somatic techniques, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy. 

Alyssa has special interests in working with neurodivergent clients (autism, ADHD, learning disabilities), trauma, grief and loss, and developmental disabilities.
