 Hannah Beumer

Bailey Hagert is a Clinical Social Work Intern at Secure Base Counseling Center, where she began in 2026. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree at St. Mary’s University, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026.

Bailey works with individuals of all ages and uses a holistic, culturally inclusive approach. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting meaningful, individualized growth. Her clinical experience includes working with a range of presenting concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions such as PTSD, and substance use disorders. She has also co-facilitated a group focused on strengthening family relationships. Bailey strives to create a safe, welcoming environment for all clients.

Prior to her clinical work, Bailey spent 10 years as a nail technician, where she developed strong relational skills and the ability to build trust with diverse individuals. Her nontraditional path and lived experience support her ability to connect with clients from many backgrounds.

Bailey sees clients in the Farmington office and via telehealth. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, rewatching The Office, spending time in nature, and cheering on her six children in their various sports.
