Connie enjoys individual clients of all ages and backgrounds. Her approach to therapy is meaningful, authentic connection is the foundation of growth and healing ,person-centered and strengths-based. She uses a variety of therapeutic interventions, including, but not limited to, play therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, somatic techniques, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Her previous experience includes working for CPS with children and families. As a Mental Health Practitioner she provides social mental health services as a Crisis Intervention specialist.
