Haley Raifsnider, LPCC

Haley Raifsnider, MS, LPCC enjoys providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults using strengths based and person-centered approaches. She bases her therapeutic approach on the unique needs of the individual, with an awareness that building a strong therapeutic relationship has the most significant impact on the success and satisfaction of your care.

Haley has over 8 years of experience providing therapy and working with a variety of populations and diagnoses including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, personality disorders, trauma, and addiction. She also has special interests in supporting college students, older adults, and individuals who are navigating life transitions and grief. 

Haley also has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and serves as the Director of Dialectical Behavior Therapy Services here at SBCC. 

Haley earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with specializations in Gerontological Counseling and Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse from University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is an active member of the Minnesota Counseling Association and American Counseling Association. Haley is also a Board Approved Supervisor through the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.

Outside of work Haley enjoys reading, attending live music events, hiking, and spending time with her family and pets.
