Kendelle Perkins, MS LPCC

Kendelle Perkins, MS, LPCC holds her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Capella University. Kendelle has experience working with individuals of all ages ranging from children under the age of 10 to elderly. Kendelle has 7 years of experience working in private practice as a psychotherapist, as well as over 15 years of working in the mental health field. Kendelle has experience working in an office setting in addition to experience with nature based therapeutic practices such as outdoor equine assisted psychotherapy.

Kendelle takes an integral approach to her practice and values the healing journey deeply. She believes our childhood, relationships and experiences throughout life greatly impact how we perceive the world around us. 

It is Kendelle’s priority is to help cultivate a safe space to allow for individuals to navigate the depths of their own psyche and explore their unconscious motives. Kendelle views herself as a guide and feels honored to join souls on their journey home – back to themselves. Kendelle believes that each individual holds the key and power to their own healing and serves as a mirror to reflect upon.

Kendelle uses various techniques and practices to aid in the journey through healing. She understands the importance of emotions, emotional education and practices through a relational lens. Additionally, she practices through the scope of depth psychology and utilizes Carl Jung’s archetypes to deepen the individual’s understanding of the self, while also incorporating dream analysis, shadow work and active imagination to allow for playful exploration through the unconscious material lying within the psyche. Kendelle also incorporates mindful techniques, meditation, mind-body connection and movement into her practice as well. 

Kendelle’s areas of interest include: learning to understand/listen to emotions, healing the emotional body, meditation (guided imagery, body scans, body movement), grief work, death and dying, preparing for death, energy work, energy clearing and protection, symbolism, archetypes, hallucinations, delusions, psychosis, spirituality, life plan and life purpose, soul work/soul healing/soul contracts, inner child healing, trauma work, attachment/detachment, divination practices, rituals, relational dynamics, authentic relating and much more!
