Mackenzie Kapsch, MA, LPCC
Mackenzie enjoys providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults.
Mackenzie uses an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on techniques from CBT, Attachment Theory, Person Centered, Solution Focused, and other evidence based models. She believes healing is a process and each person needs different things based on where they are in life.
Mackenzie has experience working with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress and trauma, ADHD, life transitions, grief, and behavioral concerns. Mackenzie has worked with these and other concerns in both day treatment and outpatient settings. Mackenzie currently provides these services in person at the Northfield and Farmington locations, as well as telehealth appointments.
Mackenzie earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Bethel University and is pursuing a specialty Certificate in Play Therapy from Bethel University. She is trained in providing DC 0-5 assessments. Mackenzie currently holds a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor license in Minnesota.
When not at work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her husband, their pets, and her family. Mackenzie enjoys traveling to the cabin and spending time near water.
