Medical Director

The Wellness Center of Secure Base Counseling Center is hiring a Medical Director! The Wellness Center Medical Director will maintain, improve, expand and ensure compliance for outpatient services provided at Secure Base Wellness Center.

Location

This is an on-site position with the primary location at Secure Base Wellness Center in Northfield, MN.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Master’s level or higher
License Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician
Current with Continuing Education Requirements
In good standing with licensing board

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership experience
Compliance experience
Supervisory experience
MD or DO

Responsibilities

Ensuring staff and facilities compliance with federal and state regulations and codes.
Updating, amending, and replacing medical policies with the advice of the medical board.
Takes fiscal responsibility for the Wellness Center.
Responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of the quality assessment and performance improvement program.
Maintain Wellness Center client caseload.
