Nicole Ngy, BS

Nicole Ngy is a Master of Social Work graduate student at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is currently a clinical trainee intern at SBCC. Nicole is working toward her Licensed Graduate Social Work (LGSW) license and plans to pursue her Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) license afterward. She is in her final internship term and is expected to graduate in the spring of 2025.

Nicole has experience in a variety of social service roles, including as a certified nursing assistant, supervised visitation monitor, and early childhood day treatment intern. She has gained a range of skills in working with children, families, and adults, and is passionate about providing therapy to clients. Her special interests include trauma therapy.

Nicole will be working at the New Prague and Northfield locations. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, watching movies and TV shows, and exploring Minnesota.
