Rachael Vlasak is currently working towards her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winona State University and will be graduating in May of 2024. 

Rachael welcomes individual clients of all ages and backgrounds, but particularly enjoys working with adolescents and adults. Rachael’s approaches to therapy are person-centered and CBT. Rachael also uses a variety of interventions including, but not limited to solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, meditation, and strength based. 

Rachael has special interests in working with self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. She works out of the New Prague office. 

In Rachael’s spare time she enjoys playing guitar and ukulele. She also enjoys time with her dog, Oddie.
