Rob Granquist, LPCC
Rob Granquist, MA, enjoys providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples, and especially the college age population.
Rob utilizes approaches of acceptance and commitment therapy and person-focused therapy techniques in order to help facilitate growth within the client. He is also open and comfortable using other therapeutic techniques that best suit the individual.
Rob has experience working with a variety of mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, trauma, and depression, and has worked with clients who struggle with questions of identity, perfectionism, self-worth, and social anxiety.
Rob earned his master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. Outside of his work at Secure Base Counseling Center, Rob enjoys canoeing and spending time outdoors during the summer, especially at Twins’ games!
