Samantha Schlosser, BA
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wisconsin Ottawa University and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Counseling through Wisconsin Ottawa University. After graduation, she plans to pursue her LPCC licensure.
Samantha’s goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and open space for individuals of all ages. She prides herself on being kind, respectful, and an attentive listener to those she works with. Samantha utilizes a person-centered approach to support individuals in achieving personal growth and developing interpersonal skills. She also incorporates play therapy techniques when working with children, helping to create a safe environment where they can process emotions, build social skills, navigate challenges, and work through trauma.
In addition to her counseling training, Samantha currently works as an X-ray and CT technologist. Through her daily interactions with patients, she has developed strong empathy and compassion for helping others. She hopes to continue building upon the skills and experiences she has gained in the medical field as she grows as a counselor.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs. She loves camping, traveling, fishing, and participating in other outdoor activities. She also enjoys reading and planting flowers.
