Sarah Roche, BA, LSW

Sarah Roche is a graduate level intern at Secure Base Counseling Center at the Farmington location. Sarah is working towards her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Saint Thomas. 

Sarah looks forward to working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families while at the Secure Base Counseling Center. She practices a strengths based and person centered approach and believes in creating a space to help process through challenges and accomplishments in an authentic way. Sarah has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational conflict, stress management, and grief. 

Outside of work you can find Sarah being outside, spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and traveling.
