Shaele Minnesota Therapist

Shaele Leach (she/hers) is a clinical trainee based out of the Northfield and Farmington offices. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Minnesota in 2021, and is currently enrolled in Winona State University to finish her Masters of Social Work degree.

Shaele has experience in providing skills services for children and adults in the home and community, in an intensive day treatment program for adolescents, and as a case manager. She has experience providing both in-person and telehealth services.

Shaele believes in providing therapy with a strengths-based and person-centered focus. She works on applying trauma informed approaches and utilizes different therapeutic techniques according to the individuality of the person. Shaele enjoys developing a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and providing guidance and support as they work towards and reach their goals.

Shaele has experience working with neurodivergent individuals, those in the LGBTQ community, and persons who have experienced intense trauma. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Shaele has specialized training in assessing and diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is part of our ASD team and provides assessments in our Northfield location.

In her free time, she enjoys being active through volleyball and rock climbing, and loves relaxing at home with her cats or tending to her plants.

Shaele is available for in-person as well as telehealth sessions.
