Shelly Malone, MA
Shelly Malone graduated from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology.
Shelly is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and has had experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma & PTSD, anger, adjustment disorders, grief, ambiguous loss, self worth, women’s issues, and relationship concerns.
Shelly enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families. She is passionate about creating an authentic safe relationship with clients to help them process vulnerable areas and to facilitate the healing they deserve.
Shelly uses the therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.
