Sydney Indihar, BS

Sydney is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She has always felt drawn to being someone who helps others feel truly listened to. She values creating a welcoming space where people feel safe to share what is going on in their lives. Her prior work experience includes working with children in a school-based childcare setting and volunteering with children in her community, as well as for a research study at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

Sydney believes that finding joy and embracing the youthful parts of life can be an important part of finding hope. Sydney is delighted to work with people from all different backgrounds and is especially drawn to working with children, adolescents, and families. Sydney is interested in working with people who carry anxiety, depression, and feel stuck or overwhelmed by their thoughts. Sydney hopes to be a guiding light for individuals as they navigate the challenges they may be facing. She strives to remind clients of the strengths they already possess while creating space to explore how different thought and attachment patterns can impact their personal stories.

During her free time, Sydney enjoys spending time with loved ones, staying active, traveling, golfing, reading, and exploring new coffee shops.
