Hailey McManus, MA, LAMFT
Hailey McManus, MA, LAMFT, provides psychotherapy to adults, couples, families, teens, and kids using client- centered and systemic approaches.
Hailey approaches therapy with the understanding and belief that there are times in life when we either need extra support to get over a hump, need someone to walk with to sort out thoughts and emotions we have from past or present experiences, or need a sounding board and external person to help us understand ourselves and the way we function to grow individually and in relation to others. She enjoys utilizing a narrative therapy lens to inform her view of people which includes: seeing people as the expert of their own experience, and using a collaborative approach to reach the goals that are desired by clients. Hailey completed her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2023 from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. Hailey is a clinical trainee at SBCC and started in 2025.
Hailey has experience working with a client ranging from 5 years old to 85 years old including presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ASD, ADHD, OCD, stressful life transitions, relational conflicts and grief and loss. She is particularly interested in and plans to seek more training in grief and loss, and complex trauma. Hailey is passionate about working with teens and their families, and also really enjoys working with young adults, middle age adults, and older adults whether it be individually or in a couples setting. She is also passionate about providing Christian counseling to those that would like to involve their faith in their healing and growth.
Outside of work, Hailey is very involved at her church with teens and young adults and loves being with people. She is married and loves being outside, camping, hiking, especially when those things can be in the mountains!
Hailey is available for appointments in the Farmington office and over telehealth.
