Victoria Soltis, MS, LMFT
Victoria Soltis, MS, LMFT, provides psychotherapy to adults, couples, families and children using systemic and strengths-based approaches. She enjoys using a narrative therapy approach to her work which views the clients as the experts on their lives and assists in creating new meanings for the stories they bring to therapy. Victoria earned her Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from North Dakota State University in 2008. She has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Minnesota since 2012.
Victoria has experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, attachment disorder, domestic violence and abuse, relational conflicts, parenting stress, and neurodiverse clients. She is specially trained in diagnostic assessments for children from birth to age five and works with children utilizing child-directed play therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Victoria is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for clients who experience OCD, panic attacks, and social anxiety.
In addition to offering some therapy, Victoria is also the clinical director at Secure Base Counseling Center. She has been a MN Board-Certified LMFT and AAMFT approved supervisor and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) supervisor since 2016. She has worked at Secure Base Counseling Center since 2013.
Victoria also has specialized training in assessing and diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is part of our ASD team and provides assessments in our Northfield location.
Outside of her work, Victoria has 4 children that keep her busy at home! Her family enjoys traveling and spending time in nature. She also enjoys photography and crafts.
